H.E. Ambassador Tarek Mohideen Elwassimy has joined the firm as a Senior Arbitrator. A highly respected figure in international diplomacy and legal affairs, Ambassador Elwassimy brings over three decades of experience in governance advisory, dispute resolution, and global negotiations. He is officially accredited as a commercial arbitrator by Egypt’s Ministry of Justice
(Degree No. 2 of 2024).
His distinguished diplomatic career (1985–2023) includes serving as Egypt’s ambassador to Cuba, New Zealand, Bolivia, and several Caribbean nations, as well as holding high-ranking positions such as Assistant Secretary of State for Asian and Pacific Affairs and Director of Judicial Administration. He has played a pivotal role in international mediation efforts, including in Jeddah and Istanbul.
